The qualifications framework
Holding your programs against your jurisdiction’s degree-level standards.
Most jurisdictions publish standards every credential must meet, under some name of their own: Degree Level Standards in British Columbia, Degree Level Expectations in Ontario, the Degree Qualifications Profile in the United States, the Australian Qualifications Framework in Australia. Lecon calls it whatever you call it.
Setting it up
Settings → Curriculum mapping and framework → Qualifications framework takes the name written out in full, an abbreviation for column headings, and the standards themselves, each with a code and a label. Whatever you enter is what the rest of Lecon shows.

Using it on a program
Each program has a Qualifications framework tab: its learning outcomes down the side, the standards across the top, and a tick where an outcome meets a standard. The page says plainly when a standard is not met by any outcome yet, which is the gap a regulator will ask about.
